In addition, it is involved in the provision of logistics consulting, logistics system designing and development, information system development, computer sales, travel agency, automobile inspection, real estate agent, and driving school businesses. The company was formerly known as Hitachi Express Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. in July 1985. Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. was founded in 1950 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
